This is the 2nd installment of last year’s wildly popular seminar around a vital part of our business—the RFP Process. This year, we want to focus on determining how Buyers can maximize the results of the RFPs they craft. Suppliers spend a lot of time and money on this process and often, the output is not in line with what the Buyer envisioned. Is this because the Supplier failed to read the RFP?
